Occasionally, as breeders, we may have available, an older
puppy or adult dog available for a new home. With older puppies
and young adults, often is the case that we have been growing
them up to gauge their suitability for our breeding program, and
should that not pan out, we would prefer to find a loving home for
such a dog. We also may have had a dog returned to us
because their owners couldn't keep it for some reason. These
dogs, accustomed to living in a family home, may find it difficult
adjusting to kennel life, and so, we do our best to find it a forever
home. We are their home-base, so to speak -- their first family,
so,  we are just as picky, if not more so, in finding a home for
such dogs.
